Dispute an item on your credit report

Congruit considers accuracy of consumer reports paramount to the credit reporting process. If there is incorrect information on your Congruit Credit report, please complete the Request for Investigation form so that we can research this matter further.

Our goal is to ensure that all data reported is complete and correct. Only incorrect data may be removed from your report. Accurate data that is negative may not be removed unless required by law.

Upon receipt of the completed form, we will investigate and then mail you an updated credit report.
